Cindy joined our team in July 2020, and quickly advanced to Operations Manager in January 2023. Cindy has brought great value to our team with her many talents and willingness to learn in different areas. In addition to Client Services, Human Resources and Operations, Cindy assists with our website and design needs. Most impressive, she taught herself video production and editing, and produces our educational YouTube videos in-house.

Cindy was born in Hawaii and has lived on Oahu her entire life. She travels to see friends and family in American Samoa and on the US mainland. Prior to a career change to financial services, Cindy had extensive work experience in printing, as well as in social work, which was her major in college. Outside of the office, she enjoys being outdoors, reading, writing, and connecting with friends and family. She is a talented artist and writer who is currently working on fiction stories for several age groups.
