I joined the Andrews Advisory Associates, LLC team in October 2023 after earning my Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Hawaii at Manoa - Shidler College of Business. From the beginning, I have strived to contribute meaningfully by applying the leadership and communication skills I developed as a member of the UH sailing team, where I was proud to help lead the team to championship-level success.

In July of 2024, I passed the Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) Exam on my first attempt. In September 2025, I became eligible to use the CFP® certification marks. In addition, I passed the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials® (SIE®) Exam and the Series 65, qualifying me to serve as an Investment Adviser Representative of the firm.

I grew up in Northern California and moved to Hawaii in 2019 for college. Hawaii quickly became my home, and I plan to stay for the long term. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with friends and family, and continue to compete in both local and mainland sailing competitions.

What got you started with a career in financial services?

During my undergraduate studies at UH, I took a class on investments which sparked my interest. It was one of my favorite classes. I did more research on careers in finance and discovered the Certified Financial Planner® Professional track. Thus, I embarked on the journey of passing the CFP® examination and becoming a Financial Adviser.

What motivates you to do your best every day?

I am motivated by the support of mentors around me. It is a joy to get to work every day with people who really care. One of my biggest goals is to simply make those around me happier and more prosperous. I love uplifting and empowering others, as their success is my success.

What is one thing you wish everyone knew about money?

I wish everyone understood the importance of budgeting and saving. It can be very intimidating to sit down and try to get a handle on your finances. Creating a budget can be time consuming and many people would rather not think about it. It seems too hard at first. However, if you create a plan then execute that plan, it will make your life easier and much more rewarding in the future.
