After earning a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Hawaii at Manoa - Shidler College of Business, Charles Monell gained a year of work experience at another financial firm before joining our team in January 2023 as a CFP-track Client Services Specialist. Charles has completed all the prerequisite courses to take the Certified Financial Planner (R) Professional examination, which he plans to do in fall 2023. Meanwhile, he is also scheduled for the FINRA Series 65 Exam to become an Investment Adviser Representative of Andrews Advisory Associates, LLC.

Charles grew up in Ewa Beach, Hawaii, where he currently resides. Outside of the office and his studies, Charles enjoys spending time with his family. During his time at UH, he was Crew Chief at the Les Murakami Stadium and he continues to enjoy being a part of UH sporting events.
