EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY: Client Services Specialist - Finance CFP(R) Track
Andrews Advisory Associates, LLC is a fee-only Registered Investment Adviser firm located in downtown Honolulu. We are currently seeking a Client Services Specialist who preferably has a Bachelor's Degree in Finance - or who is close to obtaining one. The ideal candidate has already completed most or all of the education courses required for the Certified Financial Planner (TM) Professional Designation, and has already passed the exam or is ready to take the exam in the next year.
This position is salary-based and full-time. We provide a friendly boutique, small-firm environment backed by powerful custodial support from Charles Schwab and other firms. We offer flexible work hours and excellent benefits. The ideal candidate wants to improve every aspect of the business. They should be prepared to speak with clients on the phone and learn to conduct meetings and educational seminars. They must possess the highest ethical standards as a fiduciary, placing the clients’ best interests above their own. They need excellent written and verbal communication skills, accurate typing and spelling, and careful attention to detail. They must be familiar with Microsoft Office. A clean background check is needed. We provide financial assistance for obtaining licenses and credentials. There is ample opportunity to advance to Lead Adviser or even Partner.

Some basic starting duties of the Client Services Specialist include:
- Warmly greet clients and guests
- Answer the general line phone (we have an auto-attendant system)
- Prepare and process paperwork for client and prospect meetings
- With the Adviser, attend client meetings to take notes
- Speak with clients on the phone regarding distributions and other simple requests
- Prepare and print mail merge documents
- Enter data and maintain CRM (client relationship manager) software
- Send out Zoom webinar invites & track responses
- Be willing to complete any task – no matter how humble – to help maintain a clean and comfortable office environment
