Cindy started as a part-time, temporary assistant in July 2020, and quickly proved to be an invaluable team member.  She joined our team permanently as a Client Services Specialist in January 2021.  Cindy has an extensive background in customer service.  She showed great aptitude for all delivering excellent client service as well as a fantastic attitude for learning.  She has taken the initiative on many tasks such as database management and video editing.  She produces all our educational YouTube videos in-house.  She has recently been promoted to Operations Manager, with increased responsibilities such as assisting with Human Resources management.

Cindy was born in Hawaii and has lived on Oahu her entire life. She enjoys being outdoors, reading, writing, cooking and entertaining.  She is a talented artist and fledgling writer who is currently working on completing her first book.
